Sarah Solomon & Benjamin Cohen > Junior Dance (Partnership Dissolved)
2002 US National Novice Dance Champions

After a successful five year partnership which garnered them three Nationals medals, including a Novice Dance title, Sarah Solomon & Benjamin Cohen stopped skating together shortly after the 2003 US National Championships. As of January 2003, both skaters were planning to continue competing and were searching for new partners.

Solomon was born on November 2, 1985. She attends Blair High School, and lives in Silver Spring, MD. Solomon began skating at age six after seeing Kristi Yamaguchi compete at the 1992 Olympics. She competed in freestyle until 1997 when she injured her knee skiing. Struggling with her jumps, she switched to dance after a tryout with Cohen. She os 5’3” and represents the Washington FSC.

Cohen, who was born November 22, 1985, comes from Alexandria, VA, and attends Minnie Howard High School. He is 5’8” and also skates for the Washington FSC.
