Brittany Proctor > Senior Ladies

Brittany Proctor was born on July 24, 1986. She began skating at the age of four after her mother signed her up for classes. She now trains in Edina, Minn. with Kathleen Gazich at the Braemar Arena. She credits Gazich with having had the greatest influence on her skating. Dede Disbrow is Proctor’s choreographer, and she represents the Braemar-City of Lakes FSC.

Sasha Cohen and Scott Hamilton are Proctor’s favorite skaters. She likes the triple toe loop jump, flying sit spin and footwork. She enjoys reading, shopping, spending time with her friends and camping. Proctor says “I love to skate because … it combines all the essential qualities of any other sport such as strength, agility, speed, athleticism, flexibility, power and grace. I enjoy the challenges of learning new jumps and motivating myself to become a better skater.”
